Oferta urmeaza a fi calculata in conformitate cu Cerintele tehnice publicate, avand la baza solutia inaintata de proiectantul ofertantului. Elementele de Sistem existente, la care se face referinta, nu pot fi luate in calcul si nu este obiectul achizitiei.
