Cerințe față de prestatorul de servicii:
1. Prestatorul de servicii este acreditat în domeniul efectuării controlului calității
pentru echipamentele radiologice și efectuarea dozimetriei.
2. Prestatorul de servicii va efectua la instalația beneficiarului controlul Control al
calităţii pentru Tomograf computerizat BrightSpeed Elite16 și dozimetria
(Calculul şi evaluarea dozei efective de iradiere a pacienţilor).
3. Prestatorul va elibera Buletinul testărilor tehnico-radiologice în cadrul controlului
calităţii instalaţiei de radiodiagnostic cu Raze-X și testărilor dozimetrice.
