In baza procesului-verbal de deshidere s-a decis, in urma examinarii si evaluarii ofertelor prezentate de catre operatorii economici calificati a fost desemnat cistigator „NOUCONST” SRL, fiind operatorul economic care a propus cel mai mic preţ cu suma de 5 514 803,84 fara TVA a clasamentului, în baza căreia s-a stabilit cîştigătorul.
