Caciula tricotată pentru perioada rece a anului, din fibre acrilice.
Proprietaţile de baza "respira" si foarte bine pastreaza temperatura. Căciula are o bandă pe interior cu o membrană din flis care apară urechile, fruntea si ceafa de vânturi puternice şi păstrează căldura.
Este tricotat dintr-un singur reper în formă de emisferă.
Pe căciulă este aplicată Stema de Stat, de diametrul 5 cm, acvila de culoare argintie pe fundal negru şi chenar roşu.
Broderia este aplicată prin cusutură.
