Destinaţie: pentru recoltarea sîngelui de la pacient, pacient/recipient destinat examinărilor de laborator.
Proprietăţi: volum 8-10 ml, asigurată cu conservant tip EDTA.
Forma de ambalare: livrat în ambalaj, marcat şi etichetat de producător cu menţionarea datelor de identitate (denumire produs, număr lot/serie, termenii de valabilitate, condiţii de păstrare) şi notificările “DE UZ UNIC”, “STERIL în interior”. Datele de identitate expuse pe cutie vor coincide în mod obligator cu cele de pe etichetele fiecărei eprubete.
- Certificat de conformitate (marcaj național de conformitate SM sau marcaj european de conformitate CE) sau declaraţie în funcţie de evaluarea conformităţii sau certificat de înregistrare a dispozitivului medical în Republica Moldova, eliberat de AMDM;
- prezenţa instrucţiunii de utilizare a produsului, inclusiv cu confirmarea proprietăţilor calitative a produsului, cît şi traducerea în limba de stat.
