e discutabil. garan'ia bancara are scop de protejare a autoritatii contractante. |n cazul in care operatorul economiccistigator nu va putea asigura executarea lucrarilor in termeni-anul curent bugetar, atunci discutam procentul lucrarilor posibile executarii, restul lucrarilor se estimeaza si se stabileste garantia. Daca ceva nu este clar in raspuns v[ rog sa ma telefonati.
