Prestarea serviciilor se va efectua în conformitate cu prevederile Regulamentului de organizare şi funcţionare a Serviciului de asistenţă telefonică gratuită pentru victimele violenţei în familie şi violenţei împotriva femeilor şi a Standardelor minime de calitate, aprobate prin Hotărîrea Guvernului nr. 575 din 19.07.2017. (vezi anexa nr. 1).
Prestatorul de servicii va angaja și va asigura remunerarea muncii pentru:
- managerul serviciului;
- 6 consilieri;
- specialistul în domeniul tehnologiilor informaționale;
- contabil.
