Question:
Multstimate domn, venim cu rugamintea de a specifica daca vor fi analizate ofertele in cazul in care lipseste certificatul ISO 27001 la echipamentul propus.

Answer (26 Nov 2018, 16:31):
În conformitate cu documentația de atribuire, autoritatea contractantă a solicitat un șir întreg de documente enumerate în Anunțul de participare, printre care și Certificatul ISO-27001.
În acest context, potrivit art. 69 alin. (6) litera b) al Legii nr. 131 din 03.07.2015 autoritatea contractantă nu acceptă oferta în cazul în care aceasta nu corespunde cerinţelor expuse în documentaţia de atribuire.
