În conformitate cu art. 8 alin. (1) al Legii privind reglementarea prin licenţiere a activităţii de întreprinzător
nr.451-XV din 30.07.2001 în Republica Moldova, vanzarea aparatelor de aer conditionat nu este supusa licentierii... si Până în 2025, potrivit noilor reglementări ale Uniunii Europene, comercializarea aparatelor de aer condiționat care folosesc agentul de răcire R410A, mult mai cunoscut ca freon, va fi interzisă. Sunt recomandate aparatele de aer conditionat care folosesc R32!
