Astfel, în conformitate cu pct. 22 din Hotărîrea Guvernului 667 din 27.05.2016 privind pentru aprobarea Regulamentului cu privire la activitatea grupului de lucru pentru achiziţii, oferta Rodital Lux SRL pentru loturi respetiv a fost descalificată.
