Buna ziua! De ce Dvs indicati denumirea comerciala a pozitiilor (emplastre)? Incalcati prin aceasta Legea RM nr 131 privind Achizitiile Publice din 03.07.2015. Indicati parametrii Va rog!!!

Nu este scrisă Denumirea,,,,,este scris Tip (echivalent), conform Legii se pertmite. În ofertă puteți propune altă denumirea pentru destinația solicitată.
