Precizati,va rog care este termenul de achitare si penalitatea pentru intirzierea achitarei?

1. Plata pentru serviciile tipografice prestate se efectuează de către Beneficiar în termen de pînă la 10 zile lucrătoare din momentul prestării serviciului și prezentării facturilor de către Prestator.
2. Pentru prestarea cu întîrziere a Serviciilor, Prestatorul poartă răspundere materială în valoare de 0,1% din suma Serviciilor neprestate, pentru fiecare zi de întîrziere, dar nu mai mult de 5% din suma totală a Contractului.
3. Pentru achitarea cu întîrziere, Beneficiarul poartă răspundere materială în valoare de 0,1% din suma Serviciilor neachitate, pentru fiecare zi de întîrziere, dar nu mai mult de 5% din suma totală a Contract.
