De ce solicitati toate formularele dupa Legea veche, care nu mai sunt valabile?

Bună ziua, la depunerea ofertei se solicită doar documentele enumerotate în p.15 anunțului de participare( poziția 14 - Nota la etapa depunerii ofertei, înscrise fiind obligatorii), celelalte documente vor fi prezentate în cazul solicitării de către grupul de lucru.
