La capitolul parametrilor tehnici, evaluarea/analiza ofertelor a fost efectuată de către Direcția relații internaționale și asistență externă al Inspectoratului General al Poliției, prin demersul nr. 34/7-201 din 26 februarie 2019. În urma evaluării s-a stabilit că oferta agentului economoc SRL ”Vega- L” nu corespunde cerințelor solicitate în anunțul de participare,și anume: hotel este amplasat în sectorul Buiucani, la intersecția străzilor Alba Iulia și Ion Pelivan( din cerințele înaintate de Inspectoratului General al Poliției a fost amplasarea hotelului ”să fie în nemijlocita apropiere a Pieței Marea Adunări Naționale”)
