1. Grupul de lucru a decis sa anuleze procedura din motiv ca unicul ofertant nu a tinut cont de specificatile din caietul de sarcini și anume ca hotelul ar trebui sa fie amplasat in sec. Riscani, in alt caz aflindu-se in alta zona ar trebui sa asigure cu transport gratuit ori de cite ori este nevoie.Operatorul economic a specificat ca transportul nu este indicat in pretul final.
2. Al doilea motiv ar fi faptul ca a participat un singur ofertant si nu a avut loc concurenta.
