1. La încărcarea cartuşului va fi schimbat şi cipul cu resursa minim 20 000 copii.
2. Prestatorul se obligă de a efectua regenerarea cartuşului cu schimbarea următoarelor elemente (originale): Cleaning Blade, Doctor Blade, Magnetic Roller, OPC, PCR, CIP cu resursa de copii minim 50 000;
3. Prestatorul se obligă să sosească la chemare în termen de o oră şi să execute lucrările necesare în termen de maxim 8 ore, cu prezentarea foii test şi actului de predare-primire;
4. Prestatorul se obligă de a returna piesele înlocuite.
