Din ce motiv nu e posibila prezentarea garantiei pentru ofertă prin transfer bancar, ăn corespondentă cu prevederile Legii despre Achiziții?
Citat:
a) în formă de garanţie bancară de la o instituţie bancară licențiată, valabilă pentru perioada de valabilitate a ofertei sau altă perioadă prelungită, după caz, în conformitate cu punctul IPO23.2;
sau
b) transfer pe contul autorităţii contractante;
