Eroare Valoarea estimată fără TVA
Question:
Companiile de asigurări nu sunt plătitoare de TVA, respectiv valoarea estimată a achiziției trebuie să nu includă în sine TVA. Art. 103, al. (1), pct. 12), lit. g) din Codul Fiscal prevede expres acest lucru: „Se scutesc de T.V.A. fără drept de deducere: operaţiile de asigurare şi/sau de reasigurare, inclusiv serviciile de intermediere a acestora”. Solicităm revizuirea sumei estimate de achiziție. Totodată suma indicată de dumneavoastră este prea mică. Sistemul RCA Data pentru asigurarea a 138 de automobile calculează o primă mai mare. Solicităm indicarea corectă a Valorii achiziției.

Actualizăm lista numerelor certificatelor de înmatriculare și va fi redactat. Sunt 19 autoturisme, nu 138.
