Actuala solicitare vs pecedenta licitatie
Question:
Compania noastra a respectat intocmai solicitarea Dvs. la TENDER din 21.11.2018 . V-am propus, cum si ati solicitat, un Aparat de presiune Mazzoni cu 200 Bar presiune si 5,5 kW puterea motorului, produs in UE . Care a fost temeiul ca Dvs nu ne-ati declarat castigatorul primii licitatii din 21.11.2018 , fiindca al doilea ofertant , Kaercher srl , a prezentat un Aparat cu 180 Bar si 5,9 kW, si care nu a fost produs in Uniuinea Europeana, ceea ce insamna ca NU A RESPECTAT Kaercher solicitarile Dvs., si noi am iesit castigatori la prima licitatie? V-am scris despre asta detaliat in scrisoarea trimisa pe adresa Dvs de e-mail .
Va multumim anticipat .

buna, precedenta licitatie a fost anulata de oarece Kaercher SRL a propus aparat cu motor China (s-a solicitat producator european), iar Dvs in oferta nu ati inclus montarea (ceea ce de asemenea nu intruneste cerintele solicitate). Propuneti oferta completa (nu intodeauna cistiga doar pretul)...
