modificam la moment caiet de sarcini(suntem de acord ca este o incalcare, dar la licitatia precedenta pe care am anulat-o, practic toti participanti in oferte au propus produse de cea mai proasta calitate, necatind la fapt ca am specificat cerintile noastre). Unicul scop al nostru este sa obtinem un produs de calitae!!!! Multumesc pentru intelegere.
